Finally!! He put a ring on it.

Jason MRaz is engaged to musician Tristan Prettyman. The couple tweeted their engagement:

Happy mother's day!! 

Mother's day doesn't mean that we laud our mother only on certain date. We love our mother in every breath we take. It's just a moment when all people in the whole world are reminded to bulk our feeling to our beloved mother. I DO really love my mom but i don't say it everyday to her. Honestly, only in certain moments. I bet u do as well *finger crossed ;p . But we know that deep in side of our heart, there's no doubt that we LOVE our moms.

Happy mother's day to all mothers in the world, especially for my mom . You are my hero, my everything. Love you mom. Always.

99 stalks of red roses

   

I got a surprise from my boyfriend on my birthday. He sent me 99 stalks of red roses and a polar bear. He sent it to my office, too bad i wasn't there when it came in.

I was so surprised knowing that my so not-romantic-at all-boyfriend sent me flowers. Not just common flowers but 99 stalks of red roses. Hell yeah 99!!

Since he never gave me flowers and now he sent 99 stalks red roses and a polar bear, it IS something huge for both of us. First thing came out in my mind was "why did he give me 99 stalks of red roses??".

When no one couldn't answer your questions, we can always count on Uncle Google. So i google it "meaning of 99 stalks of red roses". All the answers came out in 2 seconds. The red rose is to convey a message of love and 99 stalks means I love you for as long as i live. I melted

Today is December 20th, means this is my special day. HAPPY 24th BIRTHDAY TO ME..!!!

24 is pretty good number, "Not a girl and not yet a woman" that's 24 means when we talking about age (at least Britney Spears did). LOL just saying

At first i'm actually not so excited about today, but all the greeting and birthday wishes from family, friends and loved one are brighten up my day. I've received tons of it and it makes me feel special. Muchos gracias. Thank you guys so much, it means the world to me. Love you all

Have u watched Breakfast at Tiffany's or seen some pictures of it on magazines?? Audrey Hepburn played as Holly Golightly and she is a huge icon of a black dress. When ladies thinking about it, most of them might have a slight of thought about Audrey Hepburn wearing a long black dress, black gloves, long smoking pipe, black sunglasses and pearl necklace. Very Classy.

I got 6 black dresses on my closet (if i didn't miss-counting) and i probably get more in the future. LOL If someone throws a costume party, i might be dressing up like that.

Capellini Aglio e Olio

I posted about garlic prawn recipe last week, in italian we call it aglio e olio. As i said on it that we can make a traditional italian pasta with our previous recipe. Yesterday i was craving for some pastas, so i just made it. An Capellini Aglio e olio. I used capellini or angel hair because its perfect for this kind of pasta.

We just need to add capellini, chopped chilli, extra olive oil and parmesan cheese. Here it is.

I hear you were the most famous high school cheerleader in Virginia.

JM: Well -- I've gotten famous in the last couple years about cheerleading. But I was one of only two guys at cheering camp one summer.

What made you decide you wanted to be a cheerleader? 

JM: I was already hanging out with the girls in the show choir and the drama department. They all did cheering and it just seemed like, “Hey, I'll do that too.” There were a couple of guys who had just graduated and the squad needed some more dudes. So I said, “I'll do it. I don't care.” And I knew that it would give me the chance to hang out with some of the hottest ladies in town!

That's a good reason to be a cheerleader.

JM: It's a great reason. I don't know why guys get so much flak for it.

What kind of flak did you get? 

JM: Oh, I got derogatory names called to me. I'd walk into the cafeteria and I would hear “fag” thrown my way a million times. I'm like, “I don't get it! I'm hanging out with chicks!” It was just insecurity from the jocks -- that's really all it was.

Describe your sexuality -- not using the words gay or straight.

JM: [Long silence] Awesome?


That is an awesome answer, thank you. I saw a quote where you talked about being “bisexually minded.”

JM: When I was in high school, one of my best friends came out, and he became a magnet for [me to have] more gay friends. When I moved to San Diego in '99, the first guy I met -- who championed my career -- was a gay guy, who turned me on to my manager, who's also gay. I just have this community of gay friends. You can't help but just be in love with your community regardless of who there is straight or gay. Seeing all the love in my gay community, it's always made me wonder well, maybe... Who knows who's out there for me? I go back and forth between being single and not single, and certainly when I'm single I keep my options open -- although I've never had a gay relationship. Only a couple of random, random, quick gay club experiences.

Wait -- what is a “quick gay club experience”?

JM: Well -- [Laughs] There's been truth or dare night when everybody's just kissing everybody and you just go for it, you know? There are some dirtier things that I'd rather not talk about, because they're kind of gross and awkward. Here's the quick version -- no, I can't even tell you. It's pointless.

Really? 

JM: I'll tell you, and then you have the right to choose not to put it in your magazine. It was a typical Ecstasy night. Everyone passes out. And I pass out with a friend spooning me on the couch and I wake up at six o'clock in the morning totally sweaty, and I'm like, This guy is a little close. The sun is coming through the window, it's hot -- I've got to just get out of here and take my clothes off. So I went to my room and changed, because I was really just gross. And then about a month later I'm at a different party. The same guy passes out in the middle of the floor. And I'm like, “Yo, should we put this guy in bed?” And [my friend says], “Nooooo! When he mixes drugs and alcohol, he cannot control his bladder.” And I just flashed back to that night on the couch, and I realized he had peed all over me.

That, uh, definitely qualifies as a dirty gay experience.

JM: Yes. That definitely qualifies.


You've been on an intense spiritual journey over the last few years. What's the most important thing that's changed in your daily life?

JM: It's about taking time daily to just check in with myself. When I had time off, and I was on my little quest for awareness or an awakening, I did a million little things each day that kept me grounded and kept me present in every moment. Surfing definitely helps that -- you have to be present, you have to watch what's coming. You have to be going the same speed as the wave to be on it. And so I bring that with me on the road. Some days it's just getting up and going to the gym, or it's doing yoga or just a silent meditation for 15 minutes at any point during the day and just focusing on your breathing. Sometimes we just get so caught up in our schedule -- this Need to do! Need to do! We keep giving ourselves excuses for not just calming down. And in the past on tours I've done just that -- I've allowed my schedule to control me, and I've done just what other people tell me. Now in my daily life I take time. I just take my time. I make sure I'm checked in and that I'm cool with where I'm going and what I'm doing. If things get busy, I take a little break. It reminds you of the hard work you've been doing to become a conscious person and a happy human. So that's what I do.


Some other facts.
- Jason Mraz has admitted to experimenting a gay life in the past, but he is not a gay and   has had past girlfriends.
- Jason was married during the New Year of 2001 with a girl named Sheridan. He has since divored.
- Jason dated Tristan Prettyman and ended their relationship on Valentine's Day, 2006.


I don't care if he is straight, bi or gay. I love him. We can't judge people only by their sexual orientation. Who are we to judge. So, what is on your mind after reading about his interview??

Garlic Prawn

 

I cooked one of my fav food on last friday. It's simple, tasty and u can make it anytime because it's so easy to make. I made it as a tapas this time. The good thing about this food is you can make it as a pasta sauce. How good is that!! Just add your favorite thin pasta and Walaaa!! U got Pasta Aglio E Oilio on your plate. 

Ingredient

3 tablespoon olive oil

      2 teaspoon butter

      4 garlic cloves, chopped

      1 teaspoon chilli flakes

      2 red chilli

      1.5kg medium green king prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact

      1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped   

Method

Combine oil, garlic, butter and red chillie in a large saucepan. Heat over medium heat for 3 minutes or until oil becomes aromatic. Increase heat to high.

     

      Add prawns. Cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes or until prawns begin to turn pink. Add chilli flakes and cook for 1 minute or until prawns are cooked through. Remove from heat. Toss through parsley. Spoon prawn mixture into bowls. Enjoy it!!

     I also made mashed potato but i forgot taking picture of it :(

love, money and family

Everybody knows money can overcome love and no one would be surprised seeing how love can ruin people's wealth. An abundant treasure is just like a form of evil that exist in this world, if we are not wise in using it ofcourse. It can be so mean, more than cinderella's step mom on a fairy tale :)

At some point, I'm so glad that there's no possibility for me, my brother and sister fighting over our parent's inheritance in the future, because my mom and dad won't inherit any wealth. 

Sounds so lame huh?! It does not mean we don't need wealth or tons of treasure. There may be a little amount of money, but not that much so that we'll kill each other over whatever it is. Hell yeah!!

For me, every single moment of us means so much more than anything in this world that can ever be inherited. I feel so blessed having a great family, super cool parents, a nice brother and a lovely sister.

We must love each other, respect each other, tolerance, that is the essence of a family, i'm talking about a real family here. So it depends on u guys, what is the most important thing in your life? tough question isn't it? But here's the thing, would u ever trade your family over money? Think about it!

Happy Silver Wedding Anniversary

It's December 2nd, 25 years ago was the day that my dad and mom's sacred vows as a husband and wife.  Love brought them  together. Today in year of 2010, they are celebrating Silver Wedding Anniversary.

Hello December

Do you remember every single day you have been through this year? I remembered when i was celebrating new years eve in Singapore, it was a year ago. Gosh, time flies so fast, like snapping your fingers and a blink of eyes.


Anyway, december is kind of special for me because my birthday is on 20th. Yay..!!!
I'm turning 24, shoot i'm getting old. hmm.. who cares?! it's just a number, i'm as young as 17.. haha
