Garlic Prawn


I cooked one of my fav food on last friday. It's simple, tasty and u can make it anytime because it's so easy to make. I made it as a tapas this time. The good thing about this food is you can make it as a pasta sauce. How good is that!! Just add your favorite thin pasta and Walaaa!! U got Pasta Aglio E Oilio on your plate. 

Ingredient
3 tablespoon olive oil
      2 teaspoon butter
      4 garlic cloves, chopped
      1 teaspoon chilli flakes
      2 red chilli
      1.5kg medium green king prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
      1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped   


Method
Combine oil, garlic, butter and red chillie in a large saucepan. Heat over medium heat for 3 minutes or until oil becomes aromatic. Increase heat to high.
     
      Add prawns. Cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes or until prawns begin to turn pink. Add chilli flakes and cook for 1 minute or until prawns are cooked through. Remove from heat. Toss through parsley. Spoon prawn mixture into bowls. Enjoy it!!

     I also made mashed potato but i forgot taking picture of it :(
